Quite often when we are in a Partnership or Married, we rely a lot on our Partner for help and the responsibilities are shared (i.e. household chores, financial aid, children etc..). We love this as this takes the pressure off of us in doing everything ourselves and all on our own.😁

Now after so many years of living a life where you relied on your partner, you become separated divorced or a widowed and your life has completely changed.  This has left you dealing with everything on your own.😩

You FEEL VERY scared😔🥺

You FEEL very stressed not knowing how you will be able to do everything😳

Why do we feel scared?

Because when we live out of Habit, it is difficult for us to make a big change

(We are not used to getting out of our comfort zone)

Because we may need to rely on ourselves financially💵

Because we worry about the impact this may have on our children 👶

Because we fear there won’t be anyone there if we become ill 🤒

Because we fear that we won’t have the strength to start over and take on what

our Partners used to do for us😢

Because we feel very insecure😕

Because we fear that we may never find Love again💗

But Where does Fear come from?

When we are toddlers, we have no fear😁

Once we go to school, fear starts to develop due to the pressure of having exams, pressure with your parents, pressure with Teachers, friends and therefore all our experiences are now stored in our Subconscious mind.🧠😬

If we are raised believing that we need to be protected by someone and that we wouldn’t be able to live alone, this automatically gets stored into our Subconscious Mind🧠90% of our actions come from our Subconscious mind and 10% from our Conscious Mind

This is BIG!  Wow 90%! 🧠

What Happens when we have fears?

We start second guessing ourselves with anything we pursue so we may

procrastinate and not go after what we truly want

Fear creates a lot of anxiety

We develop a Negative Mindset and we don’t know how to change this

We don’t feel connected to something Bigger and Deeper

SO HOW DO WE FIX THIS?

  1. Ask yourself where do you think this fear comes from?
  2. What is the story you tell yourself when the fear appears?
  3. Are you ready to let go of the pain from your past?
  • Fear is our perception….it is False Evidence Appearing Real
  • We need to work on our Mindset
  • Healing work needs to take place…Healing our past
  • We need to stop judging ourselves
  • Take small steps if you feel overwhelmed
  • Ask yourself What makes you unique?
  • Do something new that is out of your comfort zone
  • List all your Accomplishments and be Proud of them
  • Make a List of Affirmations that you will repeat every day
  • Everyday, practice a lot of gratitude in good and bad situations because if you look hard enough, you will notice that there will always be something good that will come out of a bad situation
